Shaolin Guandong Quan is one of Shongshan Shaolin Temple traditional Wushu routines. It was handed down by the past master Zhao Jiang of Dengfeng, Zhao Jiang has began practicing Wushu following his grandfather Zhao Dezhong since 8 years old and is the fifth generation successor of Shaolin Guandong Quan in his family, This boxing routine is arranged according to the performance and explanation of master Ye Canshen who is Zhao Jiang's disciple. Boxing Features: It advances like a lightning and a fierce tiger and retreats like a cat and a hungry tiger, it can be as hard as copper and iron and as soft as cotton and silk, it floats like cloud and smog and sinks like thousands of thunders it jumps like a tiger pouncing on its prey and falls like a hawk catching its food, its walk is as smart as a tiger's, its pounding is as powerful as the flying arrow and bullet.
