Jiang Rong Jiao's Bagua is one of the most forms of practice in the world. It is a well constructed series which many, many instructors teach as a foundation for further practice. The teacher in this case is the well known student of Sha Guo Zheng, Luo Jin Hua. Luo's movements are worth watching.
